SATTVA YOGA: Journey Home to Your True Self
Yoga is more than just a physical practice; it’s a pathway to deeper self-awareness, healing, and liberation. Sattva Yoga, rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas, blends Hatha and Kriya yoga to create a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.
In this class, we will explore a dynamic journey of movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound. Each practice is designed to connect you with your subtle, emotional and physical body, empowering you to cultivate your essential qualities, such as inner strength, peace, wisdom, vitality, and heart-expansion.
No matter where you are on your journey, you’ll be supported to explore your personal edge, moving at your own pace. This class emphasizes yoga as an inner practice, inviting you to discover freedom and deep connection with your True Self, in a fun and encouraging environment.

About Sarah
With over 15 years of yoga experience, Sarah’s journey has been one of coming home to her body and deepening connection with her Self and her inner knowing. This rich experience has shaped her understanding of the Self as a dynamic, embodied field of consciousness and energy —a perspective that deeply informs her work as a Psychotherapist and Astrologer, as well as being a natural element in her yoga teaching.
Sarah has enjoyed many styles of yoga during her years of practice. After discovering the transformative power of Kriya yoga, Sarah shifted her practice from primarily Hatha and Vinyasa to embrace Kundalini yoga. Her personal experience of the power of yoga led her to pursue teacher training, and in late 2024, Sarah travelled to the Himalayas to receive training at the SATTVA Yoga Academy. SATTVA Yoga combines Hatha and Kriya yoga, providing a holistic path to personal liberation and Self-mastery.
Sarah’s classes offer a balanced approach, blending physical movement, breathwork, and meditative techniques to help you connect deeply with your inner self, and cultivate presence, freedom and resilience.
