Rachel Lee
Rachel began practising yoga in 2000 and trained to be a yoga teacher from 2005-2006 in the Elbowroom, Dublin. She has been teaching ever since. Rachel’s yoga style is deeply influenced by her Mindfulness practice, encouraging students to fully experience each moment through breath, grounding and awareness of sensations. Being deeply present in each moment helps us find peace in mind and body.
Over the years, Rachel has studied with many highly regarded Irish and International Yoga teachers and has trained in Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga and Yin Yoga. In recent years, Rachel has trained in Yoga for the Stages of Menopause and Yoga for Bone Health with Niamh Daly. At present, Rachel is deepening her Mindfulness practice with a view to becoming a Mindfulness teacher.
Rachel’s aim in teaching Yoga is to empower her students with skills to find ease and peace in body and mind in their everyday lives. Rachel teaches both in-person and online via Zoom, with recordings of classes also available to students.
