Megan Cleary
Megan is a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS). Megan is a member and adheres to a strict code of ethics held by the National Association for Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy (NAPCP).
Megan’s approach is integrative, meaning that she works using skills from different counselling modalities (psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, solution-focused or creative methods). This approach recognises that each person is unique and provides a range of methods to best support each individual with whatever difficulties they may be experiencing. This approach supports the clients by tapping into their inner strengths and empowers them to provoke meaningful change within themselves.
Megan believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and meets each client with compassion, empathy and warmth. Megan’s passion lies in creating a safe and collaborative environment that is non – judgemental and prioritises to ensure that each client feels valued and heard, while exploring challenges, gaining insights and developing practical tools to navigate life’s complexities.

Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma history, sexual abuse, bereavement/grief, relationship challenges, divorce, abusive relationships, life transitions, self-esteem/self-compassion challenges, OCD, suicidality and self-harm.
