Klara Menzel
Klara is a qualified therapist with a Higher Diploma in Psychology and a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is pre-accredited with the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland (APCP) and takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring her work to meet each client’s unique needs.
Klara has experience supporting clients with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, relationship issues, self-doubt, and body image concerns. She is particularly passionate about using schema therapy to explore and transform long-standing thought and behaviour patterns that may be preventing clients from reaching their potential. She also incorporates mindfulness techniques to help clients develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.
As an accredited specialist in Pregnancy and Infant Loss, Rainbow Baby journeys, and Infertility, Klara is deeply committed to working in the area of perinatal mental health. She has a special interest in supporting clients through the transformative journey of matrescence—the transition into motherhood—and provides a safe and compassionate space for clients to navigate these experiences.
