Andrea Burns
Andrea is a yoga teacher who's been practicing for over twenty years with a passion for yin yoga. Yin is a form of active meditation that works on all levels of the mind, body and spirit. It's a slow, but powerful form of yoga that targets the connective tissues in the body. In her classes, poses are held for up to five minutes, helping you create space and strength within your joints. Yin is a functional practice that allows you find the edge of the pose. Not going too far into it. It's about connecting with your body
On top of her yoga training she has proudly completed 100 hours of yin training with Grace Tempany. Aside from her wonderful yoga classes, she also offer holistic or aromatherapy massage, reflexology treatments and natural facials.
